4 Corners Farm began operating 30 years ago in Hartford Four Corners, Vermont (where our name originated as well). Our first sales were at Norwich Farmers Market. We came to our present Newbury location in 1981. As our sales at the farm developed, we had to make the decision not to sell at the farmers market. Now with three young children, Peter, Molly, and Charlie, we began to sell right from the farm in our stand at home.
The close association we have with the soil makes farming our love. Our main goal is to provide the very highest quality of local food over the longest possible time period for our loyal customers.

To make that happen, we grow lots of produce in
tunnels and greenhouses so that we can extend the season as long as possible. We now have product available from mid May to October 1.
We have always enjoyed the challenge of growing strawberries. As our largest crop, we offer “ready picked” at our stand and wholesale to local stores, as well as a lively “pick your own” season.
Greenhouse tomatoes have also always been a standby for us. We enjoy the quality, flavor, and reliability these tomatoes hold.
